We’re looking for a tech-savvy IT Manager to lead our IT operations and support our growing business. This role will oversee system maintenance, security protocols, and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and maintain all IT systems, networks, and software tools. 

• Oversee data security, backups, and recovery plans. 

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software purchases. 

• Lead IT projects (e.g., system upgrades, migrations). 

• Provide technical support and training for staff. 

• Monitor and optimize performance of all technology systems. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

• 3+ years of IT management or lead technician experience. 

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. 

• Experience with Windows/Linux servers, databases, and CRM systems. 

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
