REFUND RETURNS

We offer free shipping with $500 orders to the 48 continental US states. Free shipping is available for Alaska and Hawaii at a higher dollar value, please talk to your sales rep about free shipping in those states.

Orders under $500 are subject to shipping charges. Shipping charges depend on weight and dimensions of the products as well as the location of delivery date.

Orders are shipping using a common carrier such as FedEx.

Hazmat fees will be included when shipping lighters, butane, and lighter fluid

Items leave here in good condition, should any damages, shortages, or mis picks occur they must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Returned goods must be in new condition and have no stickers or marked for sale notations on them. IAC reserves the right to refuse to credit any items that have been used. When claiming damages merchants are required to share pictures of damaged goods via email to receive credit. Credit for returned goods are issued upon receipt and inspection of them.

  2. Valid state issued business license is required prior to opening an account or placing an order with us.
  3. We try to get all orders out within one to two business days, in the event we are delayed we will try to contact you to give a better estimate. Products are shipping via a common carrier; in most cases it will be FedEx. Transit times vary naturally.
  4. Refused shipments will be charged a 10% restocking fee, plus all applicable freight costs.
  5. Merchandise returned to us with no fault of ours must be sent in new condition and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  6. Hazmat charges apply when shipping lighters, butane, and lighter fluid.
  7. Returned checks subject to a $30 fee, in additional any other charges incurred by IAC will be billed to you.
  8. Outstanding amounts sent to a collection’s agency will be subject to a minimum of 25% collection costs in addition to balance.
  9. WE regret any typos and are not responsible for them. Prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to limit quantities.
  10. Many items are handmade and as such the size and color may vary.
  11. We have online promotions going on at various times, these promotions may be used online during the stated period and online only. Promotions may not be honored if placed on the phone or by fax.
  12. All smoking products are to be used for tobacco only.
  13. By ordering you are warranting that these products are legal in your area.
  14. All images and products may not be copied or used without written permission from IAC.

Damages Policy

We do not accept any returns. Shortage, damages, and mis picks must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. You are responsible for inspecting merchandise when it arrives. Used merchandise cannot be returned, “used” includes items marked for sale, damaged to normal use, and anything that makes it harder for a product to be used.

The intellectual property rights in all content and software (including images) made available through this site or by email are protected by copyright laws. All rights are reserved by IAC International and its licensors. You may store, print, and display the content supplied for your personal use only. You are not permitted to manipulate, distributor, or otherwise reproduce any content or copies of content supplied to you by IAC or which appears on this Website.

Terms of Sale

Dispatch times vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, in which cases we are not responsible.
